Lateef Adedimeji is a Popular and fast-rising Nollywood actor whose full name is Abdul-Lateef Adetola Adedimeji.
He is a young talented actor, scriptwriter, Master of Ceremony, and TV presenter.
Lateef hail from Egba in Abeokuta, Ogun State. His mother is from Oyo State. He was born into the family of Adedimeji and the fourth born out of the family of seven.
He was born on the 1st of February, 1986 (34 years old) at Jakande Estate, Isolo.
Early Life & Education
Lateef started his primary education at Ire Akari primary school Isolo, Lagos State and Ilamoye Grammar School, Okota in Lagos for his secondary education.
He attended Performance Studio Workshop, Onikan, Lagos State for theatre training.
Later, he studied Mass Communication at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State where he bagged his Bachelor’s degree.
He also joined an NGO Organization, community life project where he acquired the skills to act and write.
He started his career with dancing because he loves to dance.
Lateef was seen by a sister who saw the dancing skills in him and took him to a dance school.
In the dance school, he was discovered to have acting skills.
The first movie in the theatre industry that he produced was titled “OSEREGI” in 2008.
After that, Lateef went to join Afeez Eniola, Adebayo Tijani and Muyiwa Ademola who became his mentors.
He also presents a talk show with Orisun Tv, Miliki express.
The movie produced by Yewande Adekoya and directed by Adebayo Tijani titled, “Kudi Klepto was the first movie that gave him a name.
Since then, his career has been growing rapidly.
And that movie was the movie that gave him his first award as an actor.
He is an ambassador for Airtel and Numatville Megacity.
